Position Description:
- Define, plan, and deliver complex programs.
- Manage matrixed employees and contractors.
- Oversee product development and project implementation.
- Network to drive initiatives and resolve issues.
- Communicate with stakeholders and coach team members.
- Identify risks and provide alternative strategies.
- Manage project documentation.
- Plan and supervise projects, ensuring compliance with objectives and quality standards.
- Manage scope, risks, changes, and incidents.
- Coordinate and motivate the team.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on project status and results.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Work with Executive Sponsor and Business Owner to achieve objectives.
- Assemble and lead project teams.
- Monitor and report on program status.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Adhere to project management methods and practices.
Required:
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Active PMP certification
- Experience managing budgets
- Change Management experience.
- Experience in Smartsheets and JIRA
- Knowledge of Lean, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
- 3+ years of Healthcare IT project management experience.
