Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the vision and direction for the agency’s web and brand practice
- Build, mentor, and grow a cross-functional team across strategy, design, development, and client services
- Oversee delivery of complex website and branding projects from discovery through launch
- Serve as a senior strategic partner for key clients and guide digital strategy decisions
- Manage budgets, resourcing, operational processes, and performance reporting
- Support new business efforts through pitches, proposals, and solution development
- Identify opportunities to improve site performance, user experience, and client ROI
- Stay current on digital, web, and brand trends to evolve service offerings
Must Haves
- Deep experience leading web strategy, UX, and brand design (WordPress, Drupal, Shopify)
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Executive-level communication and client advisory abilities
- Strong financial and operational understanding, including budgeting and forecasting
- Ability to translate insights, analytics, and UX findings into actionable digital solutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in digital agencies or similar environments with senior leadership responsibility
- Experience producing strategy deliverables such as personas, journey maps, competitive reviews, and UX audits
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies for web and brand project delivery
- Knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, CRM, personalization, and testing platforms
- Demonstrated success growing teams, accounts, and revenue while maintaining high-quality delivery
