Location: 5 days a week on site in King of Prussia, PA
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to end-users. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting printers and applications, and performing triage and repair tasks. You will be the first point of contact for technical problems and play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve printer issues and application-related problems.
- Perform triage to identify and prioritize technical issues.
- Execute basic repair and maintenance tasks for hardware and software.
- Document support activities and maintain accurate records in ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Required
- 6+ months of IT support experience or completion of an IT internship.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common applications.
- Familiarity with printer setup and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
