Location: Hybrid New Castle, DE – on site 3 days/week
Salary: 80-100K
Provides advanced support and configuration for Workday and related HR systems, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and system optimization. This role combines troubleshooting, reporting, and system administration with collaboration across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver support for Workday issues, including business process troubleshooting and data corrections.
- Configure and test Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting).
- Manage system updates, upgrades, and integrations; collaborate with IT on development and testing.
- Create and maintain advanced reports; provide reporting guidance to HR teams.
- Execute mass data updates via EIBs and perform routine audits for accuracy.
- Translate user requirements into technical specifications and recommend process improvements.
- Support HR technology initiatives and ensure compliance with best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, or related field.
- 5+ years of HRIS experience, including Workday configuration and administration.
- Expertise in Workday modules and calculated fields; strong knowledge of security and analytics.
- Proficiency in data conversion, mapping, and SQL fundamentals.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with MS Office tools.
