Location: Hybrid Wayne, PA (3 days on site)
Duration: 6+ months. This role will continue to extend with posibility of becoming a permanent position
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Reset passwords, resolve software and hardware issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.
- Configure and image laptops and desktops for new and existing users.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Service Desk or IT Support roles.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (ServiceNow experience preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity, software, and hardware issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
