Location: Hybrid Philadelphia (3 days on site/week)
Duration: 9+ month contract
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycle using established SDLC, PMO standards, and best practices.
- Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of healthcare-related projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Microsoft Project, ensuring milestones, critical paths, and dependencies are clearly documented.
- Oversee project budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Conduct resource planning and coordinate cross-functional project teams across clinical, IT, operations, and administrative areas.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for PMO leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, issues, and roadblocks; develop and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with PMO standards.
- Facilitate project meetings, requirements sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
- Partner closely with business and technical teams to ensure alignment on scope, deliverables, timelines, and quality expectations.
Required
- Strong background in healthcare environments, supporting clinical, operational, or regulatory initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO).
- Hands‑on experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project for schedule creation, maintenance, and reporting.
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
