5 days a week on site in Philadelphia, PA
3+ month contract
- Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and external devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Support office and conference room technology, including AV equipment.
- Maintain and configure network and infrastructure components.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in End User Support at a senior level.
- Experience with networking; Cisco Meraki experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certifications
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
- Cisco CCNA or equivalent networking certification
- ITIL Foundation certification (a plus)
