Location: Hybrid Wilmington, DE – 3 days/week on site
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform in a large, highly customized environment.
- Support and enhance existing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring stability and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across multiple layers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new features and optimize workflows.
- Provide technical guidance and documentation for implemented solutions.
Required
- 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow in development and administration roles.
- Strong hands-on experience administering ServiceNow in a large, customized environment.
- Proven experience developing and supporting custom ServiceNow applications.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and automation.
- Ability to debug complex, cross-layer issues effectively.
- Comfortable working independently with limited tribal knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
