The IT Support Analyst provides hands-on technical assistance to end users, ensuring the smooth operation of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and core business applications. This role focuses on troubleshooting operating systems, hardware, software, and printer-related issues while delivering excellent customer service across the organization.
Required
* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support
* Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems
* Strong knowledge of desktop hardware components, peripherals, and printer support
* Experience installing and troubleshooting common software applications
* Ability to diagnose technical issues methodically and communicate solutions clearly
