Location: Hybrid Wilmington, DE (3 days/week on site required)
Duration: 1+ year contract
The IT Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering key technology initiatives across the organization. This role oversees projects involving SharePoint implementation, Microsoft Teams governance, and the Cisco migrations, ensuring all work is executed efficiently, securely, and in alignment with enterprise standards.
The ideal candidate will manage full project lifecycles, from initial planning through delivery and post‑implementation review. This includes developing project plans, tracking milestones, managing risks, coordinating cross‑functional resources, and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders. A strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, security practices, and infrastructure environments is essential.
Required
- 3+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint, Teams, and Entra.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and authentication/migration processes.
- Strong skills in developing and managing project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
