This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Program/Project Manager to manage strategic initiatives for a large, enterprise organization. The successful PM will manage various large IT project initiatives including moving off of older legacy systems to brand new SAAS solutions and managing key workstreams for that migration. In this role, you will be working with business and IT teams as well as 3rd party vendors to hit key deadlines. If you are experienced in managing high profile IT projects, a master at managing key stakeholder expectations, and are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity, this is the role for you.
Required Skills:
- Must have 10+ years experience in an IT Program and Project Management
- Must have strong experience dealing with executives on the business and IT side
- Experience managing projects that move an on prem application to a SaaS solution is a plus but not required
- Must have strong experience managing application centric projects
- Must have experience managing projects involving system integrations
- Experience managing multiple programs/projects at the same time is required
- Must have experience managing offshore and onshore teams
- Experience managing projects in an enterprise environment is required
- Must have experience managing large critical IT initiatives that touch many IT groups
- Experience managing projects within a Waterfall and Agile environment is ideal
- Experience with project planning and driving scheduling conflicts
- Must have experience with risk and issue management and escalation
- Must have strong experience with technical projects
- Must be able to drive teams to hit deadlines and manage changes, obstacles, and risks
- Must have strong attention to detail and be proficient in coordinating across many groups
- Must have experience with MS Project or other project management tools
- Must be skilled in communication with business stakeholders and IT teams
