Location: This role is mostly remote but must be able to commute into the office for meetings as needed.
We are looking for a UX Designer who thrives in early-stage discovery and product strategy work. This role partners closely with product and engineering to shape problem definition, explore solution space, and translate insights into thoughtful, user-centered experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong research instincts, comfort with ambiguity, and hands-on design execution skills.
Required:
* 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer working on digital products
* Strong experience with discovery, research, and early product definition
* Demonstrated ability to connect user insights to product and business strategy
* Exposure to Generative AI concepts, tools, or AI-powered product experiences
* Proficiency in Figma or Sketch for design and prototyping
* Experience working closely with product and engineering teams
* Strong communication and storytelling skills
* Strong experience with discovery, research, and early product definition
