Location: Hybrid Wilmington, DE (2 days on site)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives with a strong focus on data-driven programs. This role will manage full project lifecycles, partner closely with technical and business stakeholders, and ensure delivery of high‑impact solutions involving data warehousing and data science.
Required Qualifications
* PMP certification required
* 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in data, analytics, or technology-driven environments
* Hands-on experience managing initiatives involving data warehousing and data science teams
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
