Location: Hybrid Philadelphia, PA (3 days/week on site)
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with proven experience leading both software development and infrastructure projects. This role requires hands-on understanding of application development lifecycles as well as core IT infrastructure initiatives such as cloud migrations, system upgrades, and platform implementations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver complex projects from initiation through completion.
Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects across software development and infrastructure domains
* Manage application development projects including custom software, integrations, APIs, and platform enhancements
* Manage infrastructure projects including cloud migrations, data center initiatives, network upgrades, and system implementations
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk logs
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, QA, security, and third-party vendors
* Track project milestones, dependencies, and resource utilization
* Identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks and issues
* Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
* Ensure projects follow SDLC, change management, and governance standards
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or IT Project Manager
* Experience managing both software development and infrastructure projects
* Strong understanding of SDLC concepts and infrastructure lifecycles
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and on-prem infrastructure
* Experience managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
