Mobile Device Support Technician

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Some travel to nearby locations as needed)

The Mobile Device Support Technician is responsible for supporting, deploying, and maintaining mobile devices across the organization. This role focuses on hands-on technical support for iOS and Android devices, Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, and end-user mobility needs.
  • Provide technical support for iOS and Android mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets
  • Enroll, configure, deploy, and maintain mobile devices using an MDM platform
  • Troubleshoot device, application, connectivity, and access issues both in person and remotely
  • Support enterprise-wide mobile device rollouts, upgrades, and refresh initiatives
  • Manage device provisioning, replacements, repairs, and decommissions
  • Ensure mobile devices comply with security, compliance, and usage policies
  • Assist users with mobile applications, MFA enrollment, email setup, and secure access

Required

  • 1+ years of experience supporting mobile devices
  • Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management tools such as Intune, AirWatch, MobileIron, JAMF, or similar platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems
  • Experience providing in-person support
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users
  • Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach
