The IT Support Analyst provides hands‑on technical support for end‑user computing environments, with a strong focus on desktop deployments, mobile device management (MDM), and ticket‑based support operations. This role supports the full device lifecycle, resolves day‑to‑day technical issues, and ensures a consistent, high‑quality user experience across hardware, software, and mobile platforms.
Required Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in an IT support, desktop support, or service desk role
* Hands‑on experience with desktop and laptop deployment and refresh activities
* Experience supporting or administering MDM solutions for mobile or endpoint devices
* Proficiency working within ticketing systems to manage, track, and resolve incidents and requests
* Experience supporting common business applications and productivity tools
* Strong communication and customer service skills
