Location: Ideally Hybrid King of Prussia but can be as little as once per quarter if needed. Travel expenses are not covered.
The Program Manager – AI Adoption and Implementation is responsible for leading enterprise‑level AI initiatives focused on manufacturing and supply chain environments. This role drives end‑to‑end program delivery, from strategy and roadmap through execution, adoption, and value realization. The Program Manager partners closely with manufacturing operations, supply chain, IT, data, and business leaders to ensure AI solutions are implemented effectively, adopted by end users, and aligned to operational and business outcomes.
Required
* 5+ years of experience in program management, with a strong focus on technology or digital transformation
* Demonstrated experience leading AI apotion and implementation.
* Direct experience within manufacturing or supply chain environments
* Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional programs with multiple stakeholders
* Experience driving organizational change and user adoption for new technologies
* Strong communication and executive‑level presentation skills
* Experience working with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methodologies
