Business Process Analyst – Dynamics 365 CRM

Location: Hybrid Exton, PA (2-3 days on site)

The Functional Business Process Analyst will partner with business stakeholders to analyze, design, and optimize end‑to‑end business processes supported by Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This role focuses on translating business needs into functional requirements, ensuring CRM solutions align with operational workflows, and supporting successful implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.

  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  • Conduct current‑state (as‑is) and future‑state (to‑be) process analysis for sales, service, marketing, or operations workflows
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather, document, and validate functional requirements
  • Develop functional specifications, business process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Configure and support Dynamics 365 CRM functionality, including entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and security roles
  • Ensure CRM solutions align with business process standards, data governance, and compliance requirements
  • Support system testing activities, including functional testing, UAT planning, execution, and defect triage
  • Partner with change management and training teams to support user adoption and process alignment
  • Provide post‑implementation support and assist with process optimization and enhancement initiatives
  • Document business processes, functional designs, and operational procedures

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or Functional Business Analyst
  • Hands‑on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Strong experience analyzing and documenting end‑to‑end business processes
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional CRM solutions
  • Experience supporting CRM implementations, enhancements, or migrations
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts, including data models, workflows, and security
  • Experience supporting UAT, validating business requirements, and managing functional defects
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders
  • Experience creating process flows, functional documentation, and user stories
