Location: Remote EST
Serves as a liaison between technology teams and business units to support the development, enhancement, and implementation of proprietary and vendor systems. Gathers, documents, and analyzes business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications. Evaluates new applications, IT developments, and evolving business needs to recommend system enhancements or alternative solutions. Leads and supports technology initiatives by planning, coordinating, and executing implementations to ensure successful delivery. Collaborates with cross‑functional stakeholders and vendors to ensure solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and organizational goals. Conducts testing and evaluations, supports presentations and communications, and drives continuous improvement through process optimization and best practices.
Required Skills
* 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong requirements documentation experience
* Healthcare insurance industry experience, including Medicare and healthcare systems
* Strong understanding of healthcare data and processes such as enrollment and claims
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* Ability to partner closely with software engineering teams to deliver new functionality and resolve production issues
* Experience working within a scaled agile development environment
* Ability to translate business needs into functional design specifications
