* Perform month-end reconciliations

* Analyze financial data and ensure accuracy across accounting processes
* Support operational accounting tied to distribution/automotive business
Must-Haves
* 5+ years of accounting experience
* Strong experience with month-end close and reconciliations
* Experience preparing financial reporting and P&Ls
* Experience handling transactional discrepancies and problem-solving
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
* Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or similar industries
* Fixed asset accounting experience
Nice-to-Haves
* Experience with Great Plains (Dynamics GP 2015)
* Experience in automotive or aftermarket industry
* Experience working in high-volume transactional environments
