Location: Remote EST
The FACETS Enrollment Engineer is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and leading technical solutions related to member enrollment applications within a healthcare payer environment. This role serves as both the functional and technical lead for enrollment systems, with a strong focus on FACETS, member data processing, EDI transactions, and application support. The engineer will work closely with business partners and development teams to ensure accurate, timely, and scalable enrollment solutions.
Required Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in a healthcare payer environment
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with FACETS, FACETS extensions, and Member Enrollment modules
- Strong knowledge of membership, enrollment, and related FACETS application domains
- Hands-on experience with EDI transactions, specifically 834 and 820
- 5+ years of advanced SQL experience, including query development, debugging, and performance tuning
- 3+ years of hands-on development experience with web technologies
- Strong experience building and supporting REST APIs using .NET
- Front-end experience with Angular or React
