We’re looking for a Desktop Refresh Technician to support a large‑scale Windows 10 device refresh initiative. This is a hands‑on, role focused on deploying, replacing, and re‑imaging end‑user machines using standardized enterprise tools.
What You’ll Do
- Refresh and replace desktops and laptops as part of an enterprise PC lifecycle project
- Deploy Windows 10 images using SCCM / MECM task sequences
- Migrate user data and settings to new or rebuilt devices
- Install required applications, patches, and drivers
- Troubleshoot imaging, deployment, and hardware issues
- Update asset inventories and document completed refreshes
- Provide basic end-user support during refresh appointments
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of desktop support or deployment experience
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10 imaging and SCCM
- Familiarity with Active Directory, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting
- Experience supporting device refresh, upgrade, or rollout projects
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow standardized processes in a fast‑paced environment
