Our client is a large hospital near Boston MA and is seeking an experience Peoplesoft HRIS Systems Analyst, ideally with some healthcare or hospital experience for a large ERP Implementation. This Senior Systems Analyst serves as a strategic and technical lead for HR systems, driving system optimization, complex configurations, and cross-functional initiatives. This role serves as a liaison to Human Resources, IT, Finance, and Payroll.
Rate: $50-65/hr
Location: Boston MA (Hybrid preferred, remote with travel considered)
Must Haves:
– 5+ years of HRIS experience
– Deep expertise in Peoplesoft
