Location: Hybrid Ephrata, PA – 4 days/week on site
Duration: 6-12+ month contract – likely to be extended multi year
Position Description:

Develop and continuously improve models that inform strategic and operational business decisions.

Develop reports, dashboards, maps, prototypes, and analytical models.

Translate complex analytical results into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Work within databases and cloud platforms to pull, clean, and analyze data.

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Data Engineers, and other Data Scientists on active initiatives.

Contribute to problem-solving discussions and collaborate on solution design.
Required Skills:

7+ years of Data Science experience with a proven track record of building and deploying models.

Proficiency with SQL, including writing complex queries to extract, join, clean, and aggregate data for analysis and modeling.

Strong programming experience, preferably Python, but others would be accepted

Solid foundation in core data science and machine learning concepts.

Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Strong ability to explain how models were built, why they were chosen, and their business impact.
