- Required Skills:
- Must have 10+ years of experience across enterprise architecture, solution architecture, and/or senior technology leadership roles
- Must have demonstrated experience designing and governing architectures spanning applications, infrastructure, cloud, and integration platforms
- Must have experience working in a complex, large enterprise technology environment
- Must be able to understand how enterprise architecture, delivery models, and governance intersect to drive business outcomes
- Must be able to effectively navigate ambiguity and guide decision-making in large, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Must be comfortable moving between strategic conversations and detailed architectural discussions
- Must have strong understanding of ITSM, DevOps, and modern delivery practices and how architecture enables them
- Must be able to translate business strategies and technology roadmaps into actionable architectural guidance that supports delivery teams
- Must be able to partner with portfolio, product, and delivery leaders to ensure initiatives align with target-state architecture and enterprise priorities
- Must be able to ensure architectural intent is preserved from early concept through delivery and operational handoff
- Must be able to provide senior-level architectural guidance across platforms, domains, and initiatives, ensuring that technology investments are intentional, integrated, and aligned with enterprise standards
- Must have experience being a trusted advisor to delivery, product, and leadership teams, shaping technology direction while remaining closely connected to execution
- Must be able to lead and participate in architecture governance forums, providing clear, timely guidance to enable informed decisions
- Must be able to evaluate solution designs for alignment with enterprise standards, technical debt strategy, security posture, and operational supportability
- Must be able to balance risk, cost, flexibility, and time-to-value when advising on architectural tradeoffs
- Must be able to act as a connective leader across Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, End User Technology, and Application teams
- Must be able to influence outcomes across multiple teams and initiatives without direct authority
- Must be able to foster a culture of collaboration, shared accountability, and architectural transparency
- Must be able to guide modernization efforts involving cloud platforms, shared services, legacy rationalization, and architectural simplification
- Must be able to proactively identify architectural gaps, redundancies, or risks and recommend actionable remediation paths
- Must be able to promote reusable patterns, platforms, and services across the enterprise
- Must be able to mentor solution and domain architects, elevating architectural maturity and consistency across teams
- Must be able to serve as a thought leader by articulating architectural direction in clear, business-relevant terms
- Must be able to contribute to the evolution of Enterprise Architecture practices, tools, and operating models.
- Must have the ability to provide technical solutions and ask hard questions
- Must have strong curiosity and the ability to work with various teams across an enterprise organization
- Must be a self-starter who can work independently but also collaboratively with a team with little oversite
- Must have the ability to learn from documentation and be able to communicate effectively
- Must be able to communicate effectively at the executive level and with various technology teams and business stakeholders
