This Systems Analyst will have general experience with collaboration tools (MS Teams, File Transfer sites, Miro, Trello, Sharepoint ect). This will be an analyst for the team that spins up the tools, does the pilots, rolls them out, and leverages ServiceNow and other technologies inhouse to roll the tools out to business functions the company
This is a 6-12 month contract, looking for someone to start ASAP. This position is 100% remote with preference for someone on the East Coast.

DAY TO DAY-
There is a Team Lead who has already mapped out a slide with workstreams and tasks. This person will be responsible for acting on the tasks.
Responsibilities and important skills to have are listed below:
- Will execute against defined rollout and implementation plans for collaboration technologies
- Perform hands-on configuration and customization in partnership with internal IT teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across collaboration tools
- Document solutions, workflows, and standard troubleshooting procedures
- Familiarity with enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., O365 or similar platforms, MS Teams)
- Documentation/PowerPoint work
