Our client works with the Deparment of Defense and is seeking an instructional designer that can support the creation and delivery of security and cybersecurity training modules.
This is a longer term role with health dental and vision benefits as well as paid time off.
4 days a week of onsite work near Concord MA are required
Role Overview
Develops and delivers training content focused on security and cybersecurity awareness and best practices. Creates learning materials in multiple formats and supports overall training programs for a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop training materials (e.g., eLearning modules, presentations, guides)
- Create content such as lesson plans, assessments, and supporting documentation
- Deliver training sessions, briefings, and workshops to various audiences
- Coordinate schedules, speakers, and training events
- Promote training programs and maintain related content and resources
- Track participation, maintain training records, and support reporting needs
- Analyze trends and identify areas for training improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess training needs and close knowledge gaps
- Provide guidance on security awareness and compliance topics
- Support planning and execution of annual awareness initiatives
