Location: Hybrid Wayne, PA (Must be on site 2 days/week)
Looking for a Technical Project Manager for an upcoming ERP Migration in the Healthcare Payer space. Lead a high‑impact, multi‑year ERP transformation for a healthcare payer-partnering with top vendors to drive enterprise change from strategy through successful adoption.
Position Description
- Lead a large‑scale, full‑suite ERP implementation for a healthcare payer organization, working in close partnership with an external ERP vendor.
- Own end‑to‑end project delivery including planning, execution, risk management, dependencies, and executive‑level status reporting
- Act as the primary bridge between IT, business stakeholders, and the ERP vendor, ensuring accountability and on‑time delivery
- Drive change management activities to support user adoption, business readiness, communication, and transition to the new ERP platform.
- Support a multi‑year (2+ year) transformation initiative, with potential extension based on budget and performance
Required Skills
- Proven experience leading recent, full‑suite ERP implementations (end‑to‑end, not module‑only)
- Healthcare payer experience is required (claims, enrollment, finance, HR, or core payer operations)
- Hands‑on project leadership experience with modern ERP platforms such as:
- Workday
- Oracle Fusion
- Strong change management experience within enterprise transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated success managing vendor‑led ERP implementations
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and governance skills
