This role is focused on building and enhancing applications that support internal decision-making through data-driven tools and workflows. The position involves developing user-facing web applications, APIs, and data services that enable stakeholders to interact with complex data systems in a clear and intuitive way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, build, and deliver features for web-based applications used by internal business users
- Develop user-friendly interfaces that present complex data outputs in a clear and actionable way
- Work closely with data teams to understand model inputs and outputs and translate them into usable application experiences
- Build and integrate APIs and data services to support application functionality
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements, priorities, and delivery timelines
- Contribute to improving application architecture, performance, and usability
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues across the application stack
Core Requirements

Strong experience building frontend applications using:
- React
- TypeScript
- Modern JavaScript (HTML/CSS)

Experience developing and integrating backend services using:
- Python
- Django or similar frameworks
- Relational databases such as PostgreSQL

Ability to build applications that work with large and complex datasets

Experience designing and consuming REST APIs

Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional environments

Ability to manage work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver within deadlines

Experience with:
- Next.js
- Cloud-based application architecture (AWS or similar)
- CI/CD pipelines
- Data platforms or data warehouse environments (e.g., Snowflake or similar)

Experience building tools or applications that support data-driven workflows

Ability to translate complex data processes into clean, intuitive user experiences

Exposure to working with data science or analytics teams
Role Focus
- Full stack development with a frontend-heavy focus (approximately 60% frontend / 40% backend)
- Building applications that sit on top of data systems and support analytics workflows
- Enhancing and maintaining existing platforms while delivering new features

- Hybrid onsite role (4 days per week, Orlando area)
