Location: Travel in own vehicle to different locations throiughout southeastern PA and DE.
We are seeking a Field Desktop Deployment Technician to support large-scale PC and monitor replacement initiatives.
This role involves hands-on deployment, installation, and basic troubleshooting of desktop equipment while providing excellent customer service to end users.
Required Qualifications:
- Some experience with PC deployment, hardware installation, or desktop support
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods throughout the day
- Reliable transportation for travel between sites
