Location: 5 days on site Claymont, DE
We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on, in-person technical support and manage end-user device deployments across the organization. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, building and configuring workstations, and supporting the full device lifecycle from imaging through deployment and support.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of desktop or IT support experience
- Strong hands-on experience with device imaging and deployment (SCCM, Intune, or similar tools)
- Experience providing in-person/deskside support
- Proficiency supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or similar
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
