Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring no missed punches prior to processing payroll and following up with supervisors
- Verify attendance, hours worked, pay adjustments, and post information
- Review WFM hours for accuracy to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies
- Process hourly payroll timely on a weekly basis
- Record employee information (exceptions, direct deposit, pay adjustments, transfers, resignations)
- Compute wages and deductions based on state and federal guidelines
- Issue and record adjustments related to errors or retroactive increases
- Process garnishments and ensure compliance
- Stay current on payroll tax and deduction law changes
- Partner with HR on payroll-related changes
- Provide payroll information/support to employees and management
Must-Have Skills:
- 5-7 years of payroll experience
- Prior multistate payroll experience
- Experience working onsite in a fast-paced payroll environment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Analytical experience
- UKG Workforce Management experience
- Manufacturing payroll exposure
