About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join a growing team focused on leveraging data and advanced analytics to drive business outcomes. This role will focus on building machine learning solutions, uncovering insights from complex datasets, and supporting data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy machine learning and predictive models to solve complex business challenges
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions
• Work hands-on with tools like Python, SQL, and cloud platforms to develop and optimize models
• Support model lifecycle management, governance, and ongoing performance optimization

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, or similar programming languages
• Experience working with cloud platforms and modern data/AI tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
