Senior Power BI Developer

Our client is seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions in support of a major HR ERP implementation. This role will partner closely with business leaders, ERP teams, and data stakeholders to deliver executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and self-service reporting solutions that drive data-informed decision making.

Required

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Power BI development, or data visualization.
• Expert-level Power BI experience including DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, and performance tuning.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience supporting enterprise ERP reporting initiatives, preferably within HR, Finance, or related business functions.
• Proven track record developing executive dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Advanced SQL skills and expertise in dimensional and semantic data modeling.
• Experience optimizing reporting environments and improving dashboard performance and refresh efficiency.
• Knowledge of data architecture best practices that reduce database and reporting platform workload.
• Experience using Python for analytics, automation, or reporting support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to gather and translate business requirements.
