- Experience supporting periodic close activities, account reconciliations, and financial review processes
- Proficiency with spreadsheet applications and financial systems, with the ability to analyze large data sets
- Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with experience collaborating across teams
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to process consistency and continuous improvement
