Location: Hybrid Radnor, PA (On site 3 days/week)
Our client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex healthcare technology initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This individual will partner with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering, data, and operations groups to drive project execution from planning through implementation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare technology, Agile delivery methodologies, and enterprise project governance.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional technology projects.
- Experience leading projects within healthcare payer, health plan, managed care, or healthcare technology environments.
- Strong understanding of healthcare claims processing, member data, provider data, or related healthcare systems.
- Hands-on experience utilizing Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps for project planning, backlog management, and delivery tracking.
- Experience gathering and managing business and technical requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and project governance principles.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
