Experience:
– 6-9 Years of Professional Experience
– Strong Business Analysis Experience -Candidates should be able to understand business needs, analyze data and processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate complex information into actionable insights
– Ideally you will have experience in business analysis, process improvement, and solution delivery within financial services, equity compensation, or related industries
– Proven experience gathering, documenting, managing, and validating complex business and functional requirements.
