Location: Remote EST
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne expertise to support a critical ERP upgrade initiative and ongoing business transformation efforts. This role will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping identify business needs, gather requirements, coordinate testing activities, manage remediation efforts, and support post-implementation hypercare activities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly solutions.
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting business and technology initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
- Strong experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
