We’re seeking an experienced Senior Citrix Engineer to support and optimize a complex enterprise Citrix environment. This role will be responsible for the administration, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, with a strong focus on image management, application delivery, and end-user performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Citrix technologies, including StoreFront, XenApp/Citrix Virtual Apps, PVS, MCS, and Application Layering
- Administer and maintain virtual desktop and application environments
- Support Epic application delivery within Citrix environments
- Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and infrastructure issues
- Collaborate with infrastructure, desktop, and application teams to ensure a stable user experience
Qualifications:
- Strong, hands-on experience across the full Citrix stack
- Expertise with PVS and MCS image management
- Experience supporting Epic in a healthcare or enterprise environment preferred
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize large-scale virtual desktop environments
