Payroll Specialist
Location: Ambler, PA
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to oversee and process monthly payroll for approximately 600 employees using UKG. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining employee payroll records, resolving payroll-related inquiries, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll for approximately 400+ employees through UKG
- Review and validate payroll data for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain employee payroll records, deductions, and tax information
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits as needed
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws, regulations, and company policies
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of payroll regulations, taxes, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting
