Location: Home base will be out of Wilmington, DE

Salary: 110-159K
Travel: This role will have local travel 1 week and the next week will require travel to company site in another location in US. Travel, hotels and meals will be paid.
We are seeking a Senior Data Center Power Systems Commissioning Engineer to support the construction, installation, testing, startup, and turnover of mission-critical data center infrastructure projects. This role will serve as a key technical resource throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring complex electrical power systems are installed and commissioned in accordance with engineering standards, quality requirements, operational objectives, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience constructing, installing, testing, and commissioning complex power systems.
- Experience supporting large-scale data center, utility, infrastructure, mission-critical, industrial, or energy projects.
- Demonstrated experience reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Experience managing contractors, vendors, consulting engineers, and cross-functional project teams.
- Knowledge of commissioning processes, startup procedures, construction quality programs, and turnover requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical investigation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering or construction management software platforms.
