Location: Hybrid Cherry Hill, NJ (On site work is required 7 days/month)
Our client in Cherry Hill, NJ is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid position, with onsite expectations of 8x per month.
The Program Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives. This role will partner with cross-functional business and IT teams to drive project success, manage risks, oversee budgets, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Track project performance and provide status reporting to leadership
- Lead multiple complex IT programs and projects from initiation through delivery
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure successful delivery of project objectives
- Mentor project managers and promote project management best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of program management experience
- Experience leading software development, systems implementations, or enterprise technology initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, and multiple priorities simultaneously
- PMP certification, a plus.
