We are seeking a UX Researcher to lead end-to-end user research initiatives that inform product strategy, customer experience improvements, and business decisions. This is a research-focused role with no UX/UI design responsibilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding user behavior, uncovering insights, and translating findings into actionable recommendations for product, business, and technology stakeholders.
The UX Researcher will own the planning, execution, analysis, and presentation of approximately one significant research study per month while supporting ongoing discovery efforts across the organization.
Required
- 3+ years of UX Research
- Experience conducting end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research studies.
- Strong expertise in research methodologies including.
- Ability to translate complex findings into concise, actionable business recommendations.
- Experience presenting research findings to executive and cross-functional audiences.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience with research tools such as UserTesting, UserZoom, Dovetail, Maze, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Optimal Workshop, Lookback, or similar platforms.
