Internal Communications & Content Marketing Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and organized communications professional to manage content, campaigns, and publishing for an internal technology organization. This role will be responsible for maintaining and growing an internal SharePoint-based site that showcases team capabilities, success stories, newsletters, events, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong writing skills with a marketing mindset and can transform technical information into engaging content that drives awareness, adoption, and employee engagement.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or a related field.
• Experience developing and managing content for intranet sites, internal communications platforms, or digital publishing environments.
• Strong content creation, storytelling, editing, and publishing experience.
• Experience supporting internal marketing campaigns, communications strategies, and promotional initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and Office applications.
• Experience with Confluence or similar content management and collaboration platforms.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and publishing deadlines simultaneously.
