Accountant

Accountant | Malvern, PA

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join a growing team in the Malvern, PA area. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong general accounting experience who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end and year-end close
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Perform general ledger account reconciliations
• Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed
• Assist with financial reporting and account analysis
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Assist with audits and other accounting projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong general ledger and reconciliation experience
• Experience with month-end close
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
