Accounts Payable Supervisor (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Willow Grove, PA Area (Hybrid)
Schedule: 40 hours per week | 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Assignment: Temp-to-Hire

A growing organization is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join its Corporate Accounting team. This role is ideal for a hands-on AP professional who enjoys leading others, improving processes, and working within a fast-paced environment. The AP Supervisor will support day-to-day accounts payable operations while helping drive system enhancements and process improvements across the department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounts payable operations and support a team of AP professionals.
• Review and process invoices, vouchers, and disbursements while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with ERP system implementations, upgrades, testing, and process improvements.
• Support supplier onboarding, invoice management, and document workflow initiatives.
• Resolve escalated vendor, employee, and internal customer inquiries.
• Monitor AP workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and service delivery.
• Prepare reports, analyze AP data, and assist with reconciliation activities.
• Partner with accounting leadership to support departmental goals and ongoing operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, payment processing, reconciliations, and AP controls.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle Fusion and/or Coupa experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
