Senior Financial Analyst
The Senior Financial Analyst is a high-visibility role reporting to the Director of Finance and serves as a key analytical partner across finance and operations. This role owns the models and insights supporting cost analysis, pricing decisions, and operational performance, with a mandate to drive strategic, data-driven decision-making as the organization scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- KPI and dashboard reporting using BI tools (Qlik preferred)
- Sales support and deal-level financial analysis
- Budgeting and operational performance reporting
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance, and IT
Required Qualifications
- Strong FP&A or analytical finance background
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- BI/reporting experience (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Ability to clearly communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Interest in or exposure to AI-enabled tools in analytics workflows
