Overview
Our client in King of Prussia is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support across multiple communication channels on a temp to perm basis. This role ensures customer satisfaction by delivering accurate information and timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Resolve product or service issues by clarifying concerns and determining solutions

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Process orders, returns, and account updates

Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary

Provide feedback to management on recurring customer concerns

Support team goals by meeting performance metrics and service standards
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or office environment

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software

Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain professionalism under pressure
