Our client in Blue Bell is seeking an Accounting Specliast on a contract basis:
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate recurring payment schedules with the accounts payable team and submit requests for additional payments
Resolve discrepancies related to payment amounts or supporting documentation
Maintain and update the database containing all leased and owned property information
Prepare monthly real estate accounting reports and generate scheduled reporting for active properties
Research and process applications related to zoning, occupancy, and use permits
Evaluate multiple options and make informed decisions based on established guidelines
Identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide reliable support to internal and external stakeholders
Review and process expense reports, invoice payments, and related tracking
Support lease administration tasks, including entering lease data, reviewing business terms, assisting with negotiations, and preparing lease documents and amendments
Coordinate contract execution and manage insurance documentation requirements
Maintain property accounting files and monitor ongoing projects
Assist with additional duties and special assignments as needed
