Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Scrum Master for a long term contract. We’re seeking candidates with 5 years of professional experience as a scrum master, including leading 2-3 US and UK based teams concurrently ideally as part of the same web application/product. A BS Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or similar field of study is required along with CSM certification. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree and/or PMI Agile Practitioner certification in addition to the CSM. Candidates must be well versed in Jira and Confluence and very good at reporting, team metrics, velocity tracking, and coaching, etc. In this role, you will lead 2-3 squads of developers and QA and coordinate with another SM for monthly releases for the same product. Candidates must be local to South Florida or Atlanta , GA , but this role will be 90% remote. The current expectation is coming in once per month for team collaboration, lunch, etc.
